I was always a huge critic of Ross. Mainly because he doesn't know how to be a football owner and secondly because he was always a NY guy. In the past I wished that he would have bought the Jets a long time ago.
Last year I was ready to dump my season tickets after decades of being a season ticket holder. The creation of the memberships changed my mind and I was willing to give him and the Dolphins another chance. I thought he might have finally gotten it right and is on his way of not only becoming a better football franchise owner but a better Miami Dolphins owner.

The move of the Jets home game next year is really a slap on the most loyal of this franchise. For a lot of you here it won't make a difference because as long as it is on TV what does it matter where they play. But for season ticket holders divisional home games were for the better part of the last decade a reason to buy season tickets. No matter how bad a team is divisional games always had its special place.

This is more true in the AFC East where the Pats, Bills, Jets and Dolphins battle it out since the merger. When my dad took me the first time to the Dolphins games I actually saw the Boston Patriots (the following year they changed to NE Patriots).

Taking away a game like that is a slap across the face, a kick in the stomach and then step on our b***s. No matter how this season is going I probably have a lot of souls searching to do and decide if I give the money to an owner who has such little respect for tradition.

It would be very interesting if even 40% of the season ticket holders would not be holders for next year, if it's too late for the schedule to change. Definitely a boneheaded move.

I realize it sucks and I'd be whining if we lost a home game too but has homefield meant anything in this series? you guys seem to win here all the time, we seem to win down there all the time.

In my neighborhood are quite a few season ticketholders/members. And we are all pissed off. Thursday is the first home game after the announcement. It will be quite interesting what the chit chat will be.
Hey, maybe we fly a plane with a banner too. We can't fire Ross but we can urge Dolphins fans to dump their tickets.

Go away. This does not affect you at all.

Ross should pay all season ticket holders flights to the London game.

act like an adult for once in your life.

Depends on how many people would take advantage of that offer as there are still hotel cost involved.

Plus you have to at least take off work two days etc

Either way. It is a boneheaded move.

fly in on Saturday, game on sunday, fly out on Monday. only 1 day off work. doable.

Not being a season ticket holder because of location, I would actually become a season ticket holder for next year, if he did that.

You know the irony. 2 weeks later I am actually in London.

If you can get a good night sleep on your way over there then OK. I fly to Europe a lot. I probably could handle that. But the average person will be dead meat on Sunday when they arrive with a Saturday departure.

Junc I love how you hide behind rep comments! Be a man and say it in the board! They aren't going to ban you for a personal attack, eventually they will ban you because you are a worthless jets troll that brings no value.
