Kim Bokamper, a linebacker/defensive end who played his entire career with the Dolphins from 1977 to 1985 and has been in South Florida radio and television since, was among those who said he felt betrayed.

“Wayne Huizenga was in the garbage business for years,†Bokamper said on WQAM-AM Wednesday morning in reference to the Dolphins’ owner. “Nick Saban may be the biggest piece of trash he’s ever collected.â€Â

LOL....Great....the problem is does Wayne realize it....or is he still happy and smiling about Satan?

Wayne realizes it. He is smart enough to know you can't go to a press conference and trash the guy. Nobody will ever want to work for you again.

In private though I am sure he vented and made his feelings known.

Huizenga was just taking the high road and putting on a smile for the cameras, as usual. We got a great owner. How would him throwing a fit over a guy who didn't want to be here make a favourable impression on the fan base or the media. I'm sure Wayne was pissed, but he's a good man, and a smart one.

On this I disagree Mike...I think players and staff would respect Wayne IF he said the truth....that Satan was a liar and was only out for himself.
But then again...I'm not a Wayne supporter...he's done more to ruin the Dolphins since he took over, than any other person.

Players understand what a contract is...they work with one every day. I can't imagine what Satan did will be of any help for the players who say...contracts don't mean a thing...I want more money or trade me...even if they don't deserve more....thats why Wayne should have been a stone with Satan...and told him...you have three more years under contract.

The players stink (6-10) most will be gone. Most if not all of the staff just lost their jobs yesterday with Saban leaving.

Huizenga needs to find a coach and GM now. He can't throw the old guys under the bus. Cause then no decent candidate with a brain will want to work for a crazy old man who trashes his employees to the press!!

I woulda been the worst owner in Sports period....I would have blown a gasket for him to walk out on a contract when weeks before he said he was not taken the Bama job.

TO Nick Saban Dont preach, what you dont pray!!

If Wayne is smiling he's a moron

Did you watch that press conference yesterday?

Compare the way that Wayne handled the idi0tic, m0r0ns in the press with the way that Saban used to deal with them.

Huizinga is a shrewd, crafty, businessman. He is much brighter than you realize. He made his money the hard way, by collecting garbage & renting videos...

.

Can't even remotely agree with you on that one.

Wayne H. has done everything he can to build a winner here. He's had some VERY bad luck in coaching hires no doubt but his effort and dedication is not questionable.
