Does anyone think that Bill will bring in A Vet Wr. That had problems off the field Like he did with T.O. I mean we need someone with Ted Ginn or he will get doubled teamed all the time

Bill didn't bring in T.O. the Cowboys Front Office/Jerry Jones did. I wouldn't count on it. The motto has been new beginning and starting over building with young players. A vet wr with off the field problems is not in the Dolphins future with the Big 3 in charge. I'd be shocked.
