everyone wants us to take a cb in the 3rd when the percentage of d-line prospects that contribute is a lot higher than cb's in the 3rd. i think that the best way to patch up a bad secondary (which is what we have) is to mask it by not giving brady, adn the rest of the leagues qbs have time to find those seemingly always open recievers. cbs take time to developt, while d line rarley do. i think that our draft has been great so far, except the henne pick. but we are building a team the right way. good teams take skill players, but we have to build the foundation first

Finally someone sees the plan here...look the best offense ever (by # of touchdowns) looked pedestrian against a good pass rush in the super bowl. Lots of pressure and our secondary is good enough to hold people off.

EXACTLY!!! The quarterback aint gonna do squat if he has to pick himself up off the turf every other play.

Does everyone remember when we had a good defense a couple of years ago? How did we beat the Pats and Brady, by knocking him on his butt as often as possible. Thats the same way the Giants beat them in the Superbowl. Brady, like most QB's does not respond well to being banged around in the pocket. Bring on the D-line guys!
