I'll start by saying I know, for those of us who have been around there are a lot to choose from. By try to limit it to just a couple.
Anyway; since things are slow, I was going back in my mind over some of the Dolphins' greatest individual plays - whether that is for you just a play that sticks with you do to incredible athletic ability used to carry out a play or the importance of a play in a game, or a play that made you fly out of your seat and scream at the TV. For me, when I think of individual plays that just sent my adrenaline spiking, without a doubt:
1)Lamar Smith's TD run in overtime vs the Colts 2000 Season Wild Card playoff game. He ran like a boss all game then sealed it in OT with an underrated touchdown run.
2)The Spike Play. I don't think there's much need to elaborate on this.
3)Jay Fiedler's TD run in 2001 to win the game on the last play vs the Raiders.
There are so many more, but these are three plays I recall just sent me flying from my seat, screaming. And I'm generally pretty quiet when I watch a game.
I'd love to hear everybody else's.
Have a good one.
