Trent Green is supposed to start this week against the Fins. I personally think that with how long it has taken him to get back from his severe concussion, that it is going to hinder their offense, similar to the way DC and Rothlisberger have played this year. Coming back from an injury and not being comfortable yet can affect QB play extremely negatively. Not to mention the fact that Huard is playing lights out. I think that we would be in trouble if Huard was starting, as weird as that sounds. I think he is at 13 TDs, 1 INT now for the season. That's off the top of my head, so don't quote me. So, are we better off with Green in there or Huard?

depends, huard could have the 'revenge factor'....but also, it seems everytime a fresh quaterback comes back, the one that comes to mind is kelly holcomb starting for the bills against us last season and winning, {in place of losman} it seems they have a good game...hopefully he is rusty. and we can take advantage, honestly...im more worried about LJ

I think after the wakeup call that we gave Chicago, KC isn't going to make the same mistake and will end up sticking with Huard. I read on the web that it was a possibility for Green to come back, and if he did a game against the "lowly" Dolphins would be a good one to get him adjusted to the game again. I can't imagine any coach yanking a hot QB in the middle of an impressive win streak, but it might happen.

Huard and his 15 attempts. I'll take that.

Revenge factor? When did he play here, 4-5 years ago? Hell he's won a ring or two in New England and you think he wants revenge on us?

No way

I don't think he will have any kind of revenge factor because when he was here the only players left from that team are JT, Zach, and Olindo.

I think Huard has done everything to win the starting job there. Green is at the end of his career. I know it's not entirely fair, but I think Huard gives them a better chance to win at this stage

maybe 'revenge' was the wrong word, but he might have a certain little thing to prove, i dunno, to the franchise, the fans, like for instance....LT was quoted saying he has a feeling of something to prove against the browns cause they passed over him in the draft....that was awhile ago also...so it sticks with players sometimes....who knows what hes thinking...iam just being like a media guy and trying to make a story outve nothing hahaha

Oh really?
Huard and his 15 attempts. I'll take that.
Hmmm.....they scored what? 31 points on those 15 attempts. If Huard plays a full game, I hope he has to throw 30+ times. I'd rather see LJ get 15 attempts. The Dolphins have to shut down the run game to have a chance.

It does'nt matter,we have an incredible winning percentage against quarterbacks that are facing us for the first time and if green comes back he's gonna go back to la la land.

Green even before his injury wasn't suiting the new offense they had up. They're in a groove with Huard right now, even more so than when Huard had that 5-1 record with us. I'd face Green because he'll be rusty, still confused, and ready to be one with the turf courtesy of JT and KC.

I thought of this as well, except I doubt Trent Green will be rusty, the guy is so underrated and he really is a great qb. Miami with Trent Green would be NASTY. Anyways, what I look forward to the most is our charged, motivated, and improving offensie line and running game against a medocre cheifs run D. If Brown gets the carries and the o line blocks like they did yesterday, we will be able to score some points and control the game. No need to rely on Harrington.

As for Huard or Green, our d will fluster the QB regardless of who it is.

KC has already stated that Green is out for at least one more week.
