I like the board, I get to learn about a div rival and I get to help other sunderstand about my team and the game in general. Thank you for asking.
I don't get mad, I love to argue but don't confuse that w/ being mad. this is fun to me, I don't take anything personal.
...Or extremely lucky, choice is yours. I watch all the Jets games, so I still have to go with extremely lucky getting into the playoffs both years. I will give your team credit though, each time they did get in the playoffs, they became a different team, and played very well.....until the championship.

Tried to replace the head coach, failed brought him back. Tried to replace the QB, failed brought him back.
If this were the Raiders or Redskins you would be pointing and laughing at them. Since it touches a little closer to home and its "your team" its not so funny and people look for excuses.
I get it, but lets be honset, Greenburg is only saying what 99% of people in NFL circles are thinking. Now the Fins can prove everyone wrong and just go win games. Until they do though nobody is going to change their opinion about the oragnization

I can honestly say that Junc is probably the only Jets fan that I could have an intelligent conversation about football with. He really pisses me off sometimes, but its because he's usually owning dolphins posters with stats and logic, while most posters usually fall back on the "better team 3 decades ago argument". This is a great point, and if you want to talk about which team has the better history, obviously its the Dolphins.
However, Junc's point is valid, the Jets have been better than us the past 2 seasons. They made it to 2 championship games, while we missed the playoffs. These are facts, and anyone without bias can see it. I'm a dolphins fan through and through, and I hate the Jets, but to say Junc shouldn't post here is ridiculous. The whole point of forums are to debate and to gain knowledge, and no matter what you think, Junc provides both of these in spades. I know more about the Jets strengths and weaknesses because of him, and I'm sure he gets most of his dolphins info from here.
At the end of the day, Junc is a well-informed football fan, which is what everyone should aspire to be. Its just too bad he likes the stinkin Jets!
