I don't post often, but I thought I would share this story. I just lost my grandfather this past week and I was feeling kind of down. We had the services the past two days and I met many friends and family that I haven't seen in at least 20 years. I recognized a couple that I hadn't seen in a bit and my dad told me I should go talk to them. When I did, the man had asked me if I was a Fin fan. He proceeded to tell me his last name is Camarillo. He had been a family friend for many years and has been to many family gatherings. He later told me his nephew is Greg Camarillo. I talked football for about an hour with him and he shared a few great stories about meeting some of the fins. He was at the past game in Colorado and met Ted Ginn. He said that Greg and Ginn have become good friends and gave a few insights about the state of the team and how excited they are with the new direction. He also mentioned that the past summer camp was the hardest thing he has been through. All in all we talked football and he said he is going to pass on my insight about the fins from a fans perspective. He also said he was going to put in some words for me and hopefully we play in Cali next year. He said he would take me to a game and introduce me to Greg and the team. I am excited and I have something to take my mind of my Abuelo. I hope you enjoy my experience I will keep you guys informed into any news that comes up.

Condolences for your loss. I am glad that you found some relief from pain in the Dolphins. I have lost parents and grandparents in my life, and some people don't get how much the little things like football can help put your mind at ease.

That's a good story man. My condolences.

I'm pleased and unsurprised Teddy and Greg have hit it off. THey look like they have great chemistry. There was no Brandon Marshall style bitching when Ted saw so much of the ball vs Buffalo and Ginn hasn't opened his mouth after Greg's carreer day at Mile High. Infact, Greg attributed some of his success to Ted's physics freeing him up. They're both classy atheletes and gentleman.

Hope we have a game in Cali next year, for your sake. Lap it up. :-)

That was a great story. Also, I send my condolences to you as well. I lost my grandfather over a year ago. He helped raise me, and I miss him greatly. Always treasure the good times.

I met Greg's parents and brother during the Houston game. They were seating below me. Nice people. I lost my grandma who raised me about 2 months ago. Sorry for your lost.

Thank you to everyone. They come from a good family and Greg is a great guy from what I hear. He is a real grinder and I wish the best for him and us. The guy turned down Harvard for Stanford, that tells you how passionate he is for the game.

On a side note, I was talking to him about the Denver fans and how I have been surprised how rowdy they seem. I never thought they were like that. I was on a few boards this week, during the game, and they are almost as bad as Oakland fans. He said most of them were great but they were being heckled by a few at the game. What a game to be wearing a Camarillo jersey to. They were keeping count like a strikeout count and kept rubbing it in their faces. After 11 catches they felt pretty confident that they had the last laugh. Us winning on the road and eleven catches to top it off. I was glad hearing they stuck it out.
