I happen to agree.

Ryan Tannehill’s big finish inspires confidence he remains Dolphins’ solution, not problem

There was something of value to be learned from this otherwise meaningless game, though. It didn’t take the victory or Tannehill’s performance in it to realize it, but it was a needed reminder.

Miami’s quarterback is not the problem moving forward.

Tannehill needs to be better in certain areas, yes, but he still can be the long-term answer for this franchise even after his first four seasons have ended a combined 29-35 and 0 for 4 on making the playoffs.

I think a large group of people on here believe he is not the problem, but that he is not the solution either. He is a middle of the road QB, better than some, but worse than others.

This is of course a horse that is regularly beaten to death around here, but I pretty much agree. RT is not the only or biggest problem on the team.

Hit it on the head. All it took was for one season finale to erase all the mediocrity of an entire season.

Taking a step back, I believe he can be the solution. Miami's #1 need has to be to rebuild/retool the offensive line. Some of the sacks are on RT, but IMO there are just breakdowns where no QB can be successful behind that mess.

I believe he is as much the solution as Matt Ryan in Atlanta (among others).

Over the last three seasons, the Falcons have 18 wins, the Dolphins have 24. I have no more reason to dump Tannehill than Atlanta has to dump Ryan.

If the requirement for the doubters is top 5 QB, then he is probably not your solution. If the requirement is top 10, then there is some question but I remain convinced he will get there. If the requirement is top 15, then I believe he is already there.

Basing it off that one game:
- the defense is not the problem
- the o-line is not the problem
- the receivers are not the problem
- coaching is not the problem

On a list of problems for this team he is pretty far down on it...

I've said this before, but he is the QB that will get what your roster has...he's not the type to add wins, but he also won't cost you any either.

Let me guess, you'd be lobbying for a Fins chance at redemption for RGMe or EJ Manual if available, right?

I've said it before and I'll say it again: in today's NFL, you can win a Superbowl with Ryan Tannehill as your QB. If Eli Manning and Joe Flacco can win Superbowls, so can Ryan Tannehill.
