I would make Darrell Bevell head coach for interim. He's been interim head coach twice before. Let Weaver focus on defense only and Frank Smith on the offense.

None of those things you mentioned are reasons to fire him though. Dorsal fins? TD celebrations? No, the reason you fire him is because his offense has been figured out and he cannot adjust. If Mike isn't calling plays, what the heck would he even be doing? He has no say in the defense or ST. He isn't a motivator. He is simply just a scheme guy. But without his scheme working, he brings nothing to the table.

Very good post here - completely agree. (I'd still like to fire him for the dorsal fin however )

I'm glad you picked a picture of him wearing a ballcap.

Every time I see this guy now, the brim of the cap is getting lower and lower. You can't even see his eyes or the bridge of his nose anymore. Soon, you won't even be able to see his nostrils.
