I supported Grier although I would not call myself a lover of him, but I definitely gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, if Tannebaum had made the moves Grier has I would have lost my s$%t. He needs to be replaced. Our running back room is likely the worst if not one of the worst in the NFL and he has ignored it. How many dropped passes, missed blocks, or inability to break tackles in crucial situations do we need to experience? Let the new GM dictate Flores fate.

Can't forget the play calling as well. Give the ball to the worst of the worst on 4th and 1. The **** play calling is on Flores for hiring this offensive offensive staff.
