He is so washed up that the Cowboys had to move one of the best WR around to get him away from Grimes. The announcers were talking about it during the game how Grimes was all over him. All cb get beat every now and then especially in the overly critical pass Int rules, but it's all about consistency. Always wondered how would Surtain and Madison who were both physical corners faired in today's nfl pass biased rules.
 
People have been on Grimes since last year when he had a rough December. He's still a very good player. Heck, anyone see Revis get torched today by TJ Yates and Hopkins? It happens.
 
Grimes is good, but not big money good. I would like to see us cut him and bring him back at a cheaper price next year, maybe be a #2 CB.
 
Try to get him to restructure or something we can't afford to lose good cb's in the pass happy NFL. Look at the other garbage at corner that we have now. We really don't want to have to fill any more unnecessary holes next year.
 
He was excellent today. Not sure that is near the top of the list.
 
Dude not taking a pay cut to play here. He can make the same money playing for a contender. I would run as fast as I can away from this sinking ship

The entire secondary minus Jones needs a revamp.

Don't look shocked when we have a new starting FS and top 3 CB's come next year.

He would easily get snatched up and paid what he wants in the open market. Sure, he not as good as he was before but he's still a very good DB in this league. Which is hard to find!
