Everyone is talking about Gruden, but the wrong Gruden.

What about his brother, Jay?

He seems to be doing a good job with a rookie QB in Cincy. The Bengals are one of the most surprising teams in the league, imo, especially the play of the offense. Jay Gruden has experience as a HC in the AFL and the UFL.

I threw him out as a possibility. Still raw as a coach, but if we went after John Gruden I think he'd want us to buy out his bro's contract.

But the early results from CIncy are encouraging
