I was a way a lot recently. What was the actual official word on Gruden. I thought he was interested in coaching? Obviously there is nothing going on with him it seems but what was the official word on it, did he say he didn't want to coach?

He said he loves his job with ESPN and intends to return to them. Not much in this article but:

It is 99.99% certain he stays in the booth and even in the event of the 00.01% it is obvious his choice is not Miami or he would be pursuing the job.

I actually agree with Vertical, if we had a better chance at getting a QB as in we had a higher draft pick OR if Barkley would've come out I think Gruden would wanted to be our coach. After listening to the way he talked about getting Miami back on top it's clear he had some type of interest... But I think that game was back when they were trending to pick 1st or 2nd overall

He was honestly the only veteran coach i would have liked to have. i'm glad we didnt get fisher now its up in the air to who we get. U can look into however much u want with success as a coordinator but i think it translates little into being a head coach so whoever they hire as a true fan il have to respect it
