Not sure, but I get the feeling Cowher isn't a big fan of Ross. I know money talks, but that will only get you so far if you don't have respect for someone.

John Gudrun would be a horrible coach! He has never been a good coach. He took a very talented Dungy TB team and distroyed them. Him winning the SB his first year was an fluke. He is an arrogant self absorbed a$$hole.

Jay Gruden has lived in Tampa and Orlando. Maybe he would rather live in Florida if he has a choice, I know I would.

He did some negative things in Tampa and that's why he got fired. He also never had a QB with half the talent that Tannehill has and whichever one he did he usually got the best out of until he alienated them due to contract disputes. Gruden would do wonders with teaching this offense some killer instinct.

Methinks you underestimate our owner. He is a self-made billionaire who started as a tax attorney in Detroit and is now the biggest real estate developer in New York City. One doesn't build a business like that without big ones.
