he stunk last year. hopefully he is better this year

no wonder why he sucks, he's learning organized violence, assault and brain damage instead of learning to block and protect people.

Actually by trainnig for MMA he is learning how to maximize power in short spaces but more importantly he also learns how to maximize and gain leverage from multiple angles/positions.

Oh and one more thing, he doesnt Suck.
Thanks,
Chubbs

I love this damn team. Nothing but hard workers -always love players who are constantly trying to improve.

Lots of football players are training MMA grappling techniques. Could only be good for them, coming from a diehard MMA fan.

I might get an infraction for this, but I'm an MMA fan so I don't care. [no direct attacks please] I can guarentee you he's not out there training kick boxing, or muay tai, at least not for football. He's learning how to control his opponent without brute force, techniques that allow you to have the upper hand in gaining and maintaining control through angles and footwork and hand positioning. Learn something before you go spouting drivel like that son.

Other NFL players get praise from their fans for MMA training but Dolphin fans find a way to ridicule...........:rolleyes2:

i haven't read the article, but i train MMA at american top team in coconut creek, haven't seen incogs there, but take it from me, it can only help him.

one of incognito's biggest problem last year was he was too upright in pass pro. and got easily handled while also being stiff and slow to pull in the run game.

What Glazer mentioned during Incognito's MMA training this summer was very interesting. He said they worked on his leverage and learning to put his butt lower to the ground to gain a power position. They also worked on techniques to open up his hips so he can be quick and get out and pull.

This can all be nothing but positive as MMA training offers exactly the kind of work Incognito needed on his body.

The reason why he suck is because he doesn't have an ounce of talent in him! Also he should be training with my boy Brock Lesnar for MN and not these cup cake *******! We're in for a long season again if Incognito is our starting guard. Lol Incognito misses another block. He sucksssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!
