@BradBiggs: #Bears G Ted Larsen is expected to sign a 3-year contract with #Dolphins

Bears beat writer...

Heard this name mentioned earlier but know nothing about him.

Seems to be a Bears backup, but didnt play for Gase

@flasportsbuzz: We earlier mentioned Dolphins interest in starting guard Ted Larsen. He is visiting Dolphins starting Friday and good chance he signs

From roto:

Dolphins signed OG Ted Larsen, formerly of the Bears, to a three-year contract.
Larsen was elbowed out by the arrival of Josh Sitton early last season, but he still ended up starting eight games because of injury. Larsen is not stellar by any means, but he is a solid veteran who can work on either side of the center. He is an option for an offensive line looking for starters on the inside.

Hopefully he is just going to backup Pouncey and the guards.

Per source, Ted Larsen has emerged as strong guard option for Dolphins. Bears FA has made 65 starts in seven yrs with TB, Arizona, Chicago.

Looks like a possible low cost high value option
