Guess who leads the NFL in Forced Fumbles...

That would be Yeremiah Bell. Yes he is also 13th in the league with tackles, and Number 2 for Safteys behind Gibril Wilson on the Raiders.

He better get voted to the Pro Bowl, and at least an 88 rating in Madden with the Big hit or brick wall weapon
 
I recently was singing the praises of Y Bell. I've said it once, and, I'll say it again...Overall? He's the best player in the secondary.
 
Yes without him, we'd be in even deeper s**t in the secondary. He has been a rock!
 
the answer to the question SHOULD be Y.Bell and Joey Porter.....but for some reason they credited the strip of Trent Edwards (the one where he was reaching for the first down) to Q.Moses.

I rewatched the play and it was clearly Porter who stripped the ball. That plus the FF in the endzone should give Porter 3 FF on the year.....I'll be watching closely to see if they fix that.

I don't think the anser hinges on that one play. ETA: That was dumb....NM. I'm happy for Y Bell.

sure it does.....Joey Porter is currently credited with 2 FF. If that play was scored correctly he would have 3. 3 FF would tie him for the league lead (with Y.Bell and others)

I corrected my statement. Doesn't change my feeling towards YB though.

I just wanted to point out that Porter should be up there too....it's no knock on Bell.

thats what i dont get. how Bell doesnt have the brick wall or the hard hitting one.
 
I have been a regular Bell supporter, but in this case I have to say that I think the forced fumble he was credited for yesterday should have been Jason Allen's. From the third replay, it looks to me like the ball is already coming out when Bell hits it with his hand...is there such a thing as 1/2 a forced fumble??? I think they should share it....
