Many people have have misinterpreted gus as being in accurate, whenn he actually was pretty accurate this game. Actually gus was only truly inaccurate once in the game and that was the ball that was way overthrown to Chambers that would have been aq TD, but I;m starting the wonder about his arm strength now, the last int Gus wasn't touched and the ball floated and was underthrown like 15 yards back, that's not being inaccurate that's not having the arm strength to get the ball far enough downfield and getting sufficient velocity on the ball. The floater before that one wasn't his fault, it was an unfortunate incident where Gus was hit by a bills lineman right when he was delivering the ball so that caused his throw to slow down, and the ball to be lobbed. He made some nice passes though, the first deepn pass, that Chambers unfortunatley couldn't hold onto, but he had two dbs wacking at his arm while he was pulling the ball in, the Chambers pass for 30, the Booker pass for 50 were right in stride, right over the dbs head, and how bout the nice touch pass to Welker right over the guy, that was nice, Gus pretty accurate, but I don't know why he couldn't throw the ball far or hard enough at tiems for the deep passes. I thought he was supposed to have a pretty strong arm. Did anyone else notice this, what's going on, was it the swirling winds in Buffalo and throwing agisnt the wind or did he just not into his throw well enough, or did it slip out of his hand, I'm puzzled on the last int that was floated

I would have to guess that it may have been the wind, Buffalos punter sure benefited from it, I also thought on one play that he floated a ball deep he felt pressure from the right and maybe threw off balance. but he made some questionable plays like the rest of our team.

he doesn't float too many passes. usually he overthrows a guy, not underthrows, so i'm going with eddie, that INT was probably a result of the wind

The "answer" is always said to be blowing in the wind.

I think the wind may have had some effect on some of his deeper passes. For the most part, I thought he threw the ball ok. I thought he threw the ball extremely well on the last drive (well 2nd to last). Gus was not the reason we lost that game. Hopefully we can cut down on the penalties and play a better game agains Tampa.
