Gus did play darn well in Minny, and it baffles me how he is making such poor decisions and poor throws, being a veteran and such.

Because in Minny there were no decisions to make... just 1 choice...

Throw the ball in the vacinity of Randy Moss... and thats what he did

This is why I believe we should have seen him be allowed to have more then 7 attempts with the 1st stringers. Which by the way, his completion % and rating were better as a starter then GU'S not that that really matters with only 7 attempts lol

Well he did play good but to put it in perspective he played good for a length of 6 quarters. One and a half games.

OHALL..please..please do this for me...show me where AJ did not play good against the starters...he only had 7 attempts against them!!!!

I never said AJ played well or badly against any starters.

I think Sabans mind is made up. He would have given AJ more looks with the 1st team by now if he had any intentions of starting him. I liked AJ last year because the alternative was eerz.

And dont think that Gus was just throwing to Moss last year when he came in and did a great job in this O while culpepper was injured. Linehan and Gus decided in peps abscense to spread the ball around and poo poo Tices "randy ratio" He actually had that O clickin better than Culpepper

AJ just needs to be patient he will get his shot
