Does Gus need a week on the bench?

Gus the last 4 games has 5 int and 4 fumbles. I don't know if its time to bench him but I would put a shorter leash on him.
 
Not yet. He's played well enough at home to warrant the start this week. If we end up looking like a cakewalk, and lose bad on Sunday, it may then be time for a change. But for now, let him try and rebound this week....

I would give him this week at home to make a statement. If we lose at home, then next week I'm starting someone else because Gus has played horrible on the road.
 
Come on guys he is underthrowing dump off passes and overthrowing the long ones. He has to pick his game up and quit patting the ball, learn how to call audibles, and quit locking on receivers. Other than that he has played great.

hmmm.......so has "some other qb" whos now in third place, and look how much he gets.
 
The Fumbles are inexcusable, especially with the protection Gus HAD been getting. But for anyone to propose we bench Gus after 5 games, in which we are 2-3 and very much alive in the east, especially so we can start amazing talent like Sage Rosenfels.....it's ridiculous
