Gut wrenching GM decisions around the league

1. What do you do with the Marshawn Lynch situation? On one hand you don't want to overpay the position and come across as weak or set a dangerous precedent. On the other hand he's a ****ing beast and may be an integral piece to that team becoming a dynasty.

2. The Andy Dalton extension, what a **** situation for the GM there. Personally, outside of the QB position I think the Bengals might have the most talented roster in the entire NFL and while Dalton has some great numbers he's inconsistent as all hell and folds in the biggest moments. You don't want to sink huge dollars into what may be a mediocre QB on a great team. On the other hand great numbers are great.

Any others?
 
Without Marshawn Lynch, your QB might have to complete more than 2 passes in the second half of a game. He's probably good enough to do that, so might as well save that money for your defense.
