Guy who stabbed JT reaches a plea deal

Piece of trash is all that guy is...don't Worry if he keeps to his ways one day he'll mess with some one who doesn't have a public image to uphold.

Just another POS criminal getting a lesser sentence because of a plea deal. Some people just practically get away with anything!!:fire:

Plea deals can only be given if the Victim allows them. And the court system is tough on everyone involved. For a simple battery case i went through 4 Prosecuters, 3 judges and over 10 sub-poenas. The case didn't get resolved until 13 months after the incident. And my friend was the witness so she received all the same things.By that time all you want is for it to end so you can get on with your life.

As long as it's on their record you burned them for life. And in my case i got his fingerprints on file...and suddenly they got some matches for some other unsolved crimes. So i won in the end.

the dude got off reeaallll light. resisting with violence and it was pled down to resisting without violence. i was surprised at that one.:err:

one yr. probation and 5 yd. fine is skating...big-time.
:cooldude:

Too bad this guy didn't come across Joey Porter in his road rage incident.... or even Fred Evans when he was drunk...

Imagine if this guy ran into Joey Porter instead of JT? His mugshot probably would have been similar to what Big Ben looked like after his motorcycle accident last year.

That would have been great, at least then he would have gotten more than a slap on the wrist.

I thought it was really interesting how light he got off when the police report says that he threw punches at police officers as he was being arrested. Resisting with violence and all he got was one year probation and a $300 fine? Jeez. Maybe Fred Evans isn't in hot water after all.

resisting w/ or w/o violence arent really serious charges, they are misdameanors and usually attatched to most arrests

I thought he was charged with 'Resisting without violence' which surprised me since it was reported that he took a swing at the cops...
