All these threads say bench Penny, bench Crocker, bench Ginn, bench Satale, bench Goodman, Ricky, Porter, etc.

I like Sparano but for the second week in a row He has not made any visible halftime adjustments.

Also, I don't care if Ginn is in your doghouse, he has to return kick-offs (teams kick away from this kid he is a threat), Henning's run-run-pass methods must be changed, Pasqualani needs to be held accountable for the defense, and the 12 men on the field problems should be addressed firmly.

Henning's run-run-pass incompletion-kick methods must be changed,

The total lack of talent on our roster is the main problem. I don't care who you get to coach them, we still won't win until we have a radical personel change.

And who picks the personel? Idiots, that's who.

1. The people that are responsible for our current state are no longer with the team.
2. Fins played much better in the 2nd half of the Jets game.
3. Soprano is a rookie coach who is going to make rookie mistakes.

NFL HC is not an entry level position. If you can't get your stuff together, how can you expect your players to?

Rookie coach and rookie mistakes...No big deal just it is the first year and adjustments will be made by the COACH

The problem is talent. I recall a guy named Barry Switzer who coached a team to a Super Bowl victory. He wasn't exactly a brain surgeon.

No visible half time adjustments?

Did you watch the game last week?

We were 1 & 15 last year. We have a LOOOOOOOOOOONG way to go.

The only legitimate gripe I have is, why didn't we hire their head coach instead of Cam last year.

Our defense was exposed, but then again we have faced the two most experienced QB's in the entire NFL back to back.

I believe you are right...imo :hi5:

I am not discounting that we have minimal talent but Bellicheat could go .500 with our boys.

First year coaches, teams run by Matt Millen, and the Linehans (and Herms) of this world will constantly get their a**es handed to them regardless of talent.

Our coaching staff is going to battle with no bullets

No starting caliber recievers, no quaterback capable of throwing the ball downfield, no ability to pressure the quaterback without sending extra defenders, our coaches are coaching out of desperation.

You think they don't know they have a mismatch trying to cover Fitzgerald and Bolden one on one? You think they havent thought about loosening up opposing defenses by getting the ball downfield?

Sparano and the boys know what needs to be done to win but the dolphins lack of talent prevent them from doing what needs to be done. So they have to take chances and do things they wouldn't do if the team had more talent.

People complain about the scheme and use of personnel like they have coached championship teams themselves. Truth is playing madden doesn't enhance a coaching reusme, and watching every episode of total access and reading every dolphin blog doesnt make us smarter than the coaches who pay their mortgages doing this.

The Dolphins are a team who lack talent and the coaches have to try to scheme production on both sides of the ball.

Give the coaching staff a chance to put some more pieces to the puzzle together before you judge their performance

I didn't have a problem with the Jets game. Yeah, a few calls could have been different, but they had a chance to win at the end.

Yesterday, I did have a problem. The offensive calls were pretty bad. They are running to setup the pass and even though we dont have good receivers, you have to pass to setup the run.

Watch the Pats highlights with Cassel. All his passing came from well execute screen plays. We only took one shot at the long ball, and Penni threw it into double coverage to Wilford.

Im not sure they preped as well as Sparano said they did.

On a good note, conditioning looks good. Players don't look fatigue and dare I mention players weren't walking off with cramps, pulls or other injuries.

How do you figure that Belichick could go .500 with this roster? Don Shula couldn't get this roster to go .500, and he is one of the best coaches of all time.

I'm also not a fan of a rookie head coach on a team that needs leadership and someone that is a proven winner. Our last 3 coaches have all been rookie HC at the NFL level. Saban, Cameron, and Sparano.

Is talent responsible for 12 men on the field 3x so far this season?

Is talent responsible for lining a LB up against Boldin?

Is talent responsible for keeping Ginn on the sideline and not even returning kicks?

Is talent responsible for Crocker on the field at all? Guy is getting abused - he looks like a high school kid out there.

Is talent responsible for our brutal ST play? If so what have we been doing all off season? Our punter has been brutal? Coverage has been below average and returns have been nothing special. At a minimum, this unit should be kicking tail. Guys wanting to make a case for playing time.

Is talent responsible for lining up 1 wide or Chad throwing dump passes every passing down?

I think the coaches should be help accountable. They are a new working staff together but these are all long time coaches. So far this should be beyond unacceptable. BP of old would be kicking tail and taking names by now. I hope Sparano is doing the same and he should be holding his staff accountable.
