He's using a magic 8 ball to make a prediction, but actually doing more of a joke about TO. So no, its not true. sorry.

Bengals are 7-2, not 7-3. Next week they play the undefeated Colts, THEN theyll be 7-3...that article is 6 days late.
 
I don't know what is worse... the ability to actually think you read that Chad Johnson is available at this point in the season, or telling the exact same group of people just moments later that you blew a bone at lunch. Tough last few minutes for McG....
