Oh wait... NEVERMIND! DOLPHINS FOR AFC EAST CHAMPS LET'S GO! I'm calling for BLOOD LET'S KILL EM! Favre's last game, Mangini's last game as a head coach, Pennington's final chapter of revenge, the most improbable turn around ever, this season has been WAY too magical to let it just slip by the wayside by a desperate spoiler Jets team.

I can't remember a prouder time in my life as a Dolphins fan then the way I feel this VERY moment. After we won that Chiefs game I can't deny, I was choked up. I never thought a simple football game could evoke such emotions but I must say I was losing my mind once we had the "W". GREATEST TURN AROUND EVER! Show em what your worth next Sunday! MUUUURRRDDDERRR!
 
The real murder is having to wait 7 days to kill em. Thank god for Christmas its like a half way point
 
Personally, I can't stand Christmas. It's not because I'm a Scrooge...I just believe that "Christmas" should be celebrated 365/24/7. I also believe Easter should be celebrated 365/24/7. Same with Memorial Day and Independence Day. Pigeon-holing these celebrations into a single day leaves them open for corruption and commercialism.

Football, however, is in its own time. The fact that a holiday is a speed bump matters little to me.

I'm with 305 on this one. This weekend, we dine in hell!

Thing is, Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Christ and Easter is a day of reflection on the day of Jesus' rising from the dead. Those didn't take place 24/7/365.
 
I'm simply looking forward to Christmas as a means of getting some new Phins gear (hopefully a Pennington jersey) to wear on Sunday. I tried really hard to not look ahead this season, but I couldn't help but crunch numbers the past few weeks...I always knew we'd make it. The Jets and their fans are in shambles, and we are haven't looked so good in nearly a decade, our team is unified our fan base is strong, and we play our most hated division rival for all the marbles.

...there will be blood! Side note, playoff tickets are on sale tomorrow!!!!
 
The beauty is if somehow we lose, the Jets are making it either! I hate the Jets more than the Pats, not sure you agree, but I cant help it!
 
We came within one lucky pass from beating the Jets last time. This time they will need more than luck. Sparano is looking to make a name for himself and this team with a win next week. Favre is looking at retirement brochures. How can we NOT look ahead?
 
:woot:i hope for snow just like it was in seattle farve looked lost in the snow today and he will try and throw deep where we throw dump offs and short passes and will rip them a new one cant wait till next sunday cant get here quick enough :woot::hi5:

either that or he'll throw at an angle falling down and score a TD or run for a big gain lol
 
Favre just wants to get this season over with so he can start working on his real passion in this off season. Holding teams hostage while he holds press meetings talking about him retiring and unretiring every other day.
 
Someone seriously needs to tell Favre about fantasy football or show him the franchise feature on Madden. Give him something else to do during the season. :lol:
