Mare comes through, and our team gets a delay of game, not to mention they were walking around nonchalant on that two minute drill and killed WAY too much time. Where is the Saban discipline? Why was he not irrate on the sideline? I'm laughing while on the brink of tearing this room apart and throwing my television out the window.

I just dont know what to think. Our D starts off great and we scored in the first quarter, I thought i was a sure win. Then our wide recievers single handedly give the Packers points with bad drops. Harrington comes thru with some awful throws and all of a sudden the game lies on the shoulders of the defense..

And what does the defense do? Well, in trademark fashion, when its really time to hold. They allow bad erratic Favre passes to connect in the end zone, a 70 yard td run (when were supposedly great on the run).

Our O gets it back, 24-27. At this point I have deleted my incoming negative thread because I feel hope, then our D lets us down yet again, looking flat as Favre and the PACKERS make it look easy.

All ending in a drive that shows the worst 2 minute drill performance ever. Killing time, looking nonchalant, the only thing favoring us being Green Bay's prevent defense. SO we get Mare out there, who makes the kick! (having looked consistent for once), only to have a DELAY OF GAME PENALTY!!!!!!!!! No,not holding, not illegal blocking, a DELAY OF GAME in the 2 MINUTE DRILL..huh? Then of course, I was grining because I knew how it would end, and I was right, Mare misses the kick which is 5 yrds deeper.

It seems as though as much as we try to blame one thing or another, as much as we argue our points on this board..we all are wrong, or right depending on how you look at it. Because if is its not one thing its the other. If its the defense playing well, then the offense is immobile, if its the offense getting things going then its the defense giving up big plays, if its not the O doing poorly its Mare missing field goals and if its Mare making the field goals its a delay of game penalty. Either way, any which way you look at it, these Dolphins are consistent in one thing: finding ways to lose the game, thanks again Saban and Co.for building me up only to break my heart with a loss to one of the worst teams in the NFL.

1-6...and you aint seen nothing yet...the tough part of our schedule is coming up...get ready for it to get really ugly.

Ladies and gentlemen..introducing the 90's Bengals of the new millenium..your Miami Dolphins...

ugh....

4 and 1 took it all out of us...We couldnt stop a reverse with one of our best D lineman touching the reciever 10 yards deep in the backfield...Where the hell was the rest of the D..No speed whatsoever...After Holiday, there wasnt 1 fin within 20 yards of Driver for the 1st down

it always seem to me like they dont like playing for miami, i have kids on my team that play with crappy attitudes cause the school color is purple, maybe they dont like beings dolphins? just making up excuses cause football season is over and i have nothing better to do with my time :)

I'm still amazed the rest of the defense took so long to react. That play was unbelievable.

That play was a microcosm of the Miami Dophins football team. 4th and 1, needing a stop, were in the back field ready to make a play...so close...yet so, so, so far.

I feel ill. :goodnight

We need players in EVERY skill position, lets face it, Joey isn't the answer, neither is ANYONE on our defensive secondary, and our OL still sucks, and we're going to be drafting in the top 1-2 AGAIN.

abd driver wasnt even at full speed!!!

i hate to say it boys and girls, but this is what being a dolphin's fan is like... Ive been a fan since 1970, and ever since the '72 team broke up with most of the best players going to the World Football League the creedo of the dolphins has been: INCONSISTANCY. With the exception of Marino, and most of the time Shula, we have marched to the beat of that word. With the word being 'inconsistant' of course we didnt always lose the same - but we've always found a way to get it done and snatch dispair from the jaws of hope!
This season we've found a way to not simply be inconsistant at one position, or on one side of the ball or the other, or one game to the next, or one part of the season or the next - no this year we've gone into an 'inconsistancy frenzy'; an 'inconsistancy black-hole' where rules of space and time dont hold sway and we can be inconsistant at the speed of light!
Again i hate to say it, cause up until now ive only thought it in the deepest darkest aqua and orange recesses of my mind, but i think the only way back to sanity is to trade EVERY name on this team, with the exception only maybe being Welker, and start from scratch.
But, whatever the case i decided long ago that i would always be a fan, and i always will. I look at it this way: its like being ugly, at some point ya just gotta get used to it...
Oh, did i mention im also a red-sox fan? lol, truth is stranger than fiction!

Just goes to show you that all of the so called experts know absolutely nothing about predicting how a team is going to play once the season starts. This team is a laughingstock of the NFL. Super Bowl.....please! An embarrasment.

Also seems indicative of a lack of heart and enthusiasm. That's really something that makes this team a chore to watch.
