Pulled up with an injury (not serious) during the 40 today while many others shined. I know there are alot of guys on here who like him and I'm high atop that list.

He should be able to do everything at his pro day but still his stock isn't on the rise this weekend. And I am thrilled. I'd love to have him in the second, I don't want any WR in the first.

Nicks and Ginn...

if you dont get him in the first you wont get him, which isnt a bad thing at all. great player, would help our team but not in the cards this year with the amount of needs we have.

Nicks or Britt would be fine by me.
i also like both very highly. Nicks is a step up on Britt form what i have sen (UCONN guy so i saw both a good amount) but Britt could be had for latter which is very attractive. i dont see us getting either however, because they will both be gone f4 56 IMO.

Don't forget we've got the 44 pick too.

oh i know. haha. i just dont think we will target a WR, who isnt Crabtree or Nicks, before 56. i could be wrong, i just dont see it. if nicks is there at 44, and trust me i know he wont be, i wouldnt mind it, but ne one else, no where before 56.

If he is injured and can't participate he will fall to our first second pick if not our second.

Crabtree, Harvin, Maclin and Heyward-Bey could all go before Nicks.

I don't think he'll be there but I am not gonna call it a lock.

i no that they will go B4 him, but nicks is much better receiver than both Harvin and DHB. DHB is a track star athlete who's route running is as mediocre as his hands. Harvin is a work out hero, who is tissue soft and with out a true possition. they look temping to stupid teams but in reality they wont make half the impact a guy like Nicks or Crabtree would.

DHB hasn't run track since high school. Even then he was a SuperPrep WR. DHB is more polished as a receiver than Ginn is right now and if he gets in the right system could have more of an impact than you think he will.
With tha being said, Heyward-Bey may have to learn the same lesson Ginn is learning now, that you cannot just run past CB in the NFL the way you did in college.

Well lets just hope alot of wideouts are not drafted in the first round but even if Knicks is gone we still have Britt
