Half a game back.

I dont think where to high on ourselves I think your just under-estimating us. Even ESPN, NFL, NFL today are taking notice to us.

And remember- Fiedler came into really playing QB for the Dolphins when we got real bad with JOHNSON GET SACKD EVERY OTHER PLAY JOHNSON. No **** he would have a good record against us.

We are different now. BTW, when our RB is running for 150, 145, 139 a game of Course Drew wont have 400 yd games.

Let us consider a few possibilities concerning the Bills. I don't post this to incite anger from Buffalo fans, simply to garner opinion.

The fast start by the Bills passing attack has been fantastic. However, the question remains over whether teams will unlock the secrets to their offense, and eventually production will slow down. Travis Henry has been very successful in recent weeks, but that may just be representative of teams going all out to stop bledsoe, allowing Henry to pick up yards.

If indeed the Bills offense does slow down, then the defense will have to raise their game considerably. Although Miami scored only 10 points, that wasn't a true test for Buffalo. Don't be suprised to see Detroit score in the 24 point range this week. Admittedly, Harrington is a rookie, but they are capable of scoring in bunches.

Questions to be answered in the near future are:-

>Can Travis Henry run the ball successfully when teams actually gameplan for him?

>Will the Bills offensive gameplanning stay diverse enough to maintain recent success?

>Should the offense falter, (it happens to every team sooner or later, whether via turnovers, injury etc) can the defense keep them competitive?

Although Miami lost last week, their gameplan for Bledsoe seemed to be very effective. Take away the 70 yard bomb, and it was a great defensive effort. Henry got some good yardage, but it was pretty much 'empty' yardage, not really leading to touchdowns. The Buffalo defense though, did show some signs of life, so I will be interested to see if that can continue.

Opinions?

No offense. But didnt Moulds have a 70 yard TD and another for about 80 yd TD that was just tipped of off HIS finger tips. Twice in the game he was wide open. One tipped right off his finger tips. It would of been 30-10.

But, I dont think anyone has shown they can slow down our offense. Even your "star-studded" defense.

I beg to differ. I think that Buffalo's high octane attack was made to look quite pedestrian at times last Sunday. They were slowed down in virtually every statistical category, including the final score. The Rams did a great job of maintaining a high scoring attack for a few years, but then the play calling was very creative. Simply having great personel and favourable matchups will only go so far, so I am curious to see whether teams are getting the Bill's number, and if so, how Buffalo will counter.

I don't claim that the Bills will implode, simply that they may slow down towards the end of the year. On the long bombs against Miami, the Bills did what teams must do....they took advantage of lapses. Miami has been prone to some communication problems in the secondary. In previous games, the Phins have gotten away with such deficiencies. On the 70 yard bomb, Madison handed Moulds off to Marion, however Marion didn't recognise the coverage. Far from excusing the Dolphins, that is a credit to the Bills that they took advantage of the break down. That is easier said than done. Credit where due, Moulds also did a great job of staying in bounds, when it looked like he would lose his balance.

The intention of my original post was simply to gain some opinion. I wonder whether any Bills, or simply football fans see any potential stumbling blocks for the Bills. We all realise where Miami's inadequacies lie, but surely Buffalo is vulnerable in certain areas as well.

Out of those games I think Miami will win against, Jets, SD, Chicago, Minnesota and *maybe* 1 upset game. So 10-6.

What do you think?

Do we play Oakland twice. The last game is in NE and that's likely a win so we're 11-5

I think it is funny that after a win in Miami,, you are talking like a fan of a playoff team:lol: ... Lets take Bledsoe, Moulds, and Price out of the bills offense for a game,,, then we will see how good that media hyped offense really is !! As for the Dolphins "known to blither away at the end of the season" hum like some of you bill fans constantly whine about when your teams 3-13 record is brought up,, (that was last year and this season is different) ...

Guess what ?? The same reply applies to your last post bud .... Marino1983

oh you mean the whining of Dan Marino going to only 1 sb.

Q,,,6 turnovers....that's more than 13 points...Chris Chambers has been a bill's killer lately,,,he will be back..Cris Carter...Bills has never stopped him..Dixon back...able to run outside..More than enough points here to beat you...That game was probably our worst O outing this year and please don't tell me it was because of your Defense:lol:
