Team has been utterly dominated for 2 1/2 games. Everyone is constantly out of position and is doing terrible at the fundamentals of football (tackling, blocking, holding onto ball, etc.). Team hasn't even look like an NFL team compared to lowly Titans and Bills. I've gone from this team needs 4-5 holes filled to compete to wanting a huge overhaul to get rid of players that refuse to step up, be leaders, make plays, and earn their checks. When is the culture change going to happen?

nope, players need to be told to ma the F*** up .Turner needs to get in Longs face and tell him to be a ******* leader, Not a soft *****. Smith needs to be told to open his eyes when the ball is thrown his way, Carroll needs to relearn the CB position. Get bush the ball in the open field. We have a weapon. How can the Bills use Spiller and we cant find anything for Bush to do other than run into a wall between the tackles.
