After watching his press conference on miamidolphins.com this is the man that will turn us around guaranteed (as I/he flash(es) my(his) royal flush) and I know this for a simple reason, he is exactly like me. I am not a football coach nor claim to know anything more than a fan and am not tooting my own horn so please please please don't take it that way, I am talking about philosophy. After watching and analyzing him, he gave a lot of the answers I would have given and even a few that surprised me, but fit perfectly. The reason I say all this is because I have a lot of people that work for me now at a very reputable large company. i am who i am because of them. i instill the same philosophies, exact same to be honest from what he says, with them. i have the respect he showed, i have the relationships he has, like it is erie, and i mean erie similar. at work i am pretty much known an the person who can be moved to a different division to repair it and results will immediately occur with hard work and respect. the people know before i even show up what is expected and that while i am there they will be nationally ranked as #1 and if not there they need to find a way to get there, and I have a great 2 way relationship with virtually all of them. I am such a dolphins fan that it (honestly) brought a tear to my eye listening to him with what he said and what matches up with my life. THIS IS THE PERFECT MAN FOR THE JOB. I 100% promise you results with this man as long as he is not a fraud with what he is saying. Dolphins Nation, I brought me in because I had to for the simple purpose of example and nothing more so again please, please, please semi ignore the comments i made about me except for what they are worth, and know that i have a h@rd on for Tony because deep in my heart I know he can do it because he is an older version of me minus the wanny mustache.

I agree 100%. He's our guy and it's going to be a great season.

I don't think this new era will be one man. I think what we will see is a combined effort, something we haven't seen in many years. I think if we had just hired Sparano alone, you would still see passion, but not the success. Miami needs everyone to do their job for this thing to succeed. I think we will and I think it will be because of Bill more then anyone else. I like what Tony had to say, but I liked what Saban and Cameron had to say also, syaing and doing are two different worlds.

I like the fact that Sparano is a Bill P. guy, but there are no guarantees. I want to continue to here the right things come out of the organization. Good example is Bill P. calling the Med staff together for a meeting to ensure unity. That's the kind of stuff I want to continue to read, every aspect of this team needs to be addressed, I think Bill will come as close to that as we've seen in a long time.

I like this guy a lot. I liked what he was saying about surrounding himself with good people. He is going to bring in good coaches with the same goal and focus on disipline which is something I believe was lacking the past few years.

Good first impressions. His press conference was strong.
