Harbaugh calling those timeouts at the end of the NFC CG was just...

I like Russell Wilson a lot. Thats what sucks so bad about him having Sherman on his team. Wilson is the kind of guy I like to root for. All in all, I was rooting for Seattle in that game, largely because I think so much more of Russell Wilson than Kaepernick, both as a player and a person.

And no doubt I am a huge Steve Smith fan. I have no issues with trash talk during the game and fire and passion for the game the way Steve Smith shows it. Steve Smith has been one of my favorite players in the game for years. I always try to draft him in fantasy leagues. He was on my team 3 years in a row.

Richard Sherman is just a complete douche. Ive never seen a "professional" athlete act that way. Its a joke. Figures Rob19 would be a Sherman apologist. Easy prediction. His first line about the Stanford degree was predictable as well.

Professional athlete? Please. It's entertainment and they're playing a GAME. Professional, to me, is met when the player is not dirty and not cheating. Everything else is pretty much fair game to me, especially when you consider the barbaric nature of the sport and the ultra-competitiveness needed to succeed at the pro level. A lot of guys are going to have a chip on their shoulder; if they can backup their smack talk with results, kudos to them.

We should be happy (and not surprised or behold them to a higher standard) when one of them acts like he's a wrestler in the WWF. Some guys (Larry Bird, Michael Jordon, Ray Lewis, etc.) love to feed off of smack talk and he just happens to be one of those guys.

Wish the fins had more players with talent + swag like Sherm.

Yes very predictable. Sherman was a fool, there's no other way around that. It's sad for some people to apologize for bad behavior and it sure reflects on their character, I feel. The think about Sherman was not simply his outburst, it's afterwards that only exemplified his attitude. Ok, so the argument can be that it was a heated moment right after the game when Erin Andrews interviewed him. However, later that night what does sherman do? After a half hour or more of time to cool down, when interviewed in his press conference; Sherman rips Crabtree some more. He had time to cool down, but the first thing to come to mind was talking more trash about Crabtree.

I'm not saying Crabtree is innocent as I'm sure he was talking a lot of trash during the game. The fact of the matter is the seahawks won, there is no need to rub it in some more. I get a kick out of Steve Smith, with how riled up he gets in games. He gets riled up, because of the chip on his shoulded, but that's what has made Smith a great Wr, despite his short height. I'm not saying Steve Smith had the best attitude either, as I wasn't a fan of his temper and him sucker punching his teammates earlier in his career. Though he's been good for awhile now and seems to have mature and cleaned up on his temper there. If Steve Smith was still fighting people, I wouldn't be using him as an example, but from what I can see; he hasn't caused problems in a long time.

Another example is muhammad Ali. He had swagger, bravado and ****yness. However, he didn't act like Sherman as well as other ****y players who never acted that way either.

However, this is not fake pro wrestling, but pro football. And he's not acting like a wrestler, because wrestlers play characters to get heat from the crowd. Sherman was not playing a character during that interview with Erin as he was pissed and it was genuine emotion and those were his true ****y, disrespectful feelings. There have been many other ****y players, but they never did this. And plenty of players have chips on their shoulders, but they don't do this either. Sherman apologized for his comments later, but he was probably pushed to do so by his agent or public relations members on his team ha.

Ignorance is synonymous to stupid to me. He acted like a fool, if you can't see that, then it shows upon yourself and your character. Really? No one else has ever had a problem reading my paragraphs. Some letters might not be perfect, but setences are not bad. I don't have the patience to break up every sentence and make pargraphs bigger sometimes, as this is a message board. Not some term paper. And like I said everyone else has been able to read it fine. I think it's more of a reflection of your intelligence buddy and lack of reading comprehension. I guareentee I'm smarter than you, dumb, condescending ****. Oh wait, you might not know what that means.

I think it's pretty funny too.

Chill out, richard. And I'm not talking about richard sherman.

I'm not saying Sherman is a terrible person or anything close to that. He did act like an ass though. Just calling a spade a spade, that's all. If you act like an ass on TV, what do you expect the perception and reality is going to be?

The Stanford thing always cracks me up. Completely meaningless. I got my master's degree from a Tier 1 school, so clearly I should not only use that to lord over other human beings, but it should also excuse the fact that I'm a complete jackass.

Buddy, I don't need any excuses for being a jackass. That's the person I am regardless of what it says on this slip of paper hanging on my office wall.

It isn't a prick move, you make them snap that ball 100% every single time. You fumble that snap and get that ball and bam, you are back in it. You go home if you lose and if you have any chance even 0.2% you take that chance. I'd be pissed if my head coach didn't make them snap that ball as many times as they needed to.

You're kidding, right?

I am. He should be thrown out of the league. I wouldnt rule out public execution either.

WV thinks anyone who picks their nose should also be thrown out of the league - imagine if they "ate" it -> firing squad?

If that was the case, Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim would be in big trouble ha
