Let Ross make it happen. I'm sure he will know how to utilize Dion Jordan. He's a winner that's what this team needs. To win.

Jim Harbaugh would be an "A+" hire.

Stephen Ross is a "D" owner.

I'm not getting my hopes up.

Sources say San Fransciso will fire him at the end of the season.

I really think the ONLY thing that can potentially hold this back is his wife's resistance to move to the east coast. Please, please Ross do what it takes to change her mind ($$$$$).

I'm 100% on board. 49ers are now officially eliminated from the playoffs. Glazer reports Harbaugh 100% gone. Ross needs to make this happen. It's meant to be!

Joe Buck..at the end of the Seahawk's game just now....said Harbaugh is in the mix in Miami as Ross and Harbaugh are both Michigan men. Sounds like pure speculation at this point.

They will want a pick as he's under contract. He's worth it and Ross has the money. Break the bank for Harbaugh. He would do wonders for RT.

Exactly. We need to send Marino out to the east coast to take care of her. He's not busy doing anything.

There's no reason to trade when the entire league knows they'll be splitting up with him anyways. Just wait for the parting. Then unload the dump truck of greens.

I don't get all the Harbaugh love, he has a BETTER team and he is LOSING MORE.

49ers are officially out of the playoffs. They won't fire him because they want to trade him...he's got one year left on his contract...now Harbaugh can screw the 49ers here if he's smart and not lose a single draft pick in the process. 49ers want him gone, he should come into work like everything is normal, refuse to sign any extension with any other team and force the 49ers to fire him...then he can sign with whoever he wants and have all his draft picks.

Take a look back at his first three seasons as their coach and get back to me on that one.

Actually I will do it for you: 3 NFC Championship games appearances and 1 Super Bowl appearance. What have we done???? END. OF. STORY

P.S. And as bad of season as their having, they still have the same record as us.

Except for the 3 straight Championship games, Superbowl appearance, and the same 7-7 record as Miami, Harbaugh loses more often than Philbin.

Because the Capt Comeback led the Niners to such meteroic heights only to crash & burn this season.... well like a meteor.

Unlike Pete Carroll who a perpetual 7-9/8-8 and turned them into a potential dynasty.

I think I'd rather Ross get Darrell Bevell & keep Lazor.

Then, can Coyle, & get someone who can instal D like the Seahawks have. Additionally, I am not opposed to Wade Phillips and his style of D which seems ideal for Odrick, Jordan, Wake, Tripp, & McCcain

Jim Harbaughs worst season will be a .500 one, Joe Philbins best season is .500. 3 out of those other 4 season he only took his team to two NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl. I don't get where people come up with this argument that one .500 season nullifies his success in San Francisco. He went to the NFC Championship in his first season while we only dream of merely making a wild card game.
