Harrington is a fierce competitor, but I believe he just lacks the overall talent combination to be a successful QB in this league. After watching the re-airing of last week's game last night, I realized how poorly thrown a lot of his passes were. It made me remember Gus last year missing receivers. You cannot be an effective QB in this league without consistent accuracy. Joey's accuracy MUST improve if we will be successful. Bottom line.

Nah. The coaching staff has it in his head to play safe. He's never allowed to throw. He's eclipsed 200 yds only three times in eight games and 300 yds only once. That might make his QB rating look better but it basically guarantees the team is going to lose to every team that has a run defense. If the coaching staff had any faith in the guy he wouldve been allowed to air it out this year in quite a few games this year where they found themselves behind. That they dont allow him to throw even when they're losing says more about his talent than his QB rating. He is possibly the worst QB in the league and will be out of a starter's job next year
