Honestly, this guy has played well...quick release, strong arm and good field vision (with the exception of a few bad int's) But nobody says McNabb is horrible just because he threw a few BAD picks. Harrington had 7 picks in 3 games, BUT Ive watched everyone and only 3 have been completely his fault. 3 have hit recievers in the chest and the one hit mcmichaels hands and took a bad bounce into the guys hands.
He has had the MOST dropped passes in the league by far. I firmly believe Harrington is a very solid QB and would play well with better play calling and better play by the receivers. PLUS the fact Joey has led us down for scores EVERY TIME we have needed one in the fourth quarter of games. Consistantly firing 10-20 yrd completions one after another.

No he wouldn't. Face it the guy is a bust, a career backup.

really bro? do you watch the same games as I do. Joey has led us to scores when the play calling has allowed us to do so. Also many of his drives are stalled because of dropped passes. His poor passes have come when he is trying to make something happen when the O Line breaks down (which happens a lot).

He is still better than Dante....

Tell me his td/Int ratio. Thank you.

If you read my post you would realize it should be NO WHERE near as bad as it is. I can understand getting an unlucky bounce a couple times a season but FOUR in three games. If I was Joey i would strangle my receivers. He is hitting them in the hands, chest, etc and they are dropping balls.

"Joey Harrington can throw the ball" Deion Sanders and Steve Mariucci long time Harrington basher said yesterday Joey Harrington is playing better than Daunte Culpepper and has earned the starting job with the Dolphins.

The kid has alot of talent it's not his fault recievers dropped 9 of his passes and tipped another 2 of them into the hands of defenders.

Fix the recievers mistakes and Harrington is 44/62 for 500+ Yards with only 1 Interception.

Thats pretty damn impressive to me.

You people are crazy... our receivers dropped even the Culpepper throws, they didnt start dropping with Joey... thats incredible, every excuse is good for Harrington ... omg

He's played alright, but his field vision isn't that good. He locks onto receivers at times too quickly and he's not very accurate down field. He does other things well....but don't make him out to be Dan Marino.

I love everyone who just ignores that Daunte is coming back from major knee surgery and yeah he is better than Daunte RIGHT NOW. Which by the way isn't saying much about being better than a one legged QB.

other than the int's off our receivers hands (which is really getting old), Joey has the uncanny abiilty to go color blind and throw the ball DIRECTLY to the wrong team. NOT A FIN in site. this is 3 games in a row. He's done it in each of them....all in their territory. Talk about killing momentum. He really needs to knock it off.

The guy doesn't know how to look off a safety or LB, he stares down his WR every play. Guys did drop balls but his bad picks are right between the #'s of the other team for a reason 3 games in a row and the 2nd Mcmichael drop for the TD was ball that was thrown into double coverage and was a diving attempt.

Yeah, he has looked great his whole NFL career. It's everyone elses fault.

Face it. Joey is a backup QB in the NFL, at best.
