I'm not so sure, the media loves a fight and this is great for ratings, I wouldn't be surprised if they turned on Martin in order for his side leak something new......the media doesn't care who wins or if something is true, they just want to stir stuff up to help the ratings....

I have no problem with any soldier of any sex if they can do the job. Im concerned with what soldiers can do in war time not how they play silly games with each other. Most hazing is for the benefit of the hazer.
My soldiers mentrual cycles had no impact on them all completeing a 25 mile ruck march just keeping u updated

Is it not unfair to fault an individual for abuse if said abusive actions are never reported as such? Locker rooms are full of individuals of all cultures and backgrounds. Obviously consideration is warranted to guys not in your "circle", but by all appearances these two were friends. How is incognito to know where the line is, if a direct, indirect, or third paparty approach is never used to make him aware? Did he cross the line, I think he did get but I would have notified him one way or another. Everyone has boundaries but nobody is psychic.
Jon Martin is trying to ruin the Miami Dolphins franchise. I never call in on radio shows but I was very tempted to call in on MAD DOG after hearing what he had to say about our team. Talking heads are just trashing our franchise, acting as if we should be disbanded from the NFL. It's a F#*king joke!!! We are in the midst of competing for a playoff spot yet we have to deal with this BS! MAD DOG said no one in the world cares about Monday nights upcoming game against the Bucs. Guess what MAD DOG, WE DO!!! I care more about our season than this BS story that is just a writers dream. Everything has been blown out of proportion. At this point I put 75% of the blame on Martin and 25% on Incognito. I'm so over this story I just want to watch football.

idk the answers to these questions. imo, martin should have just punched incognito in his face, ending the abuse and gaining respect all in one fell swoop. he obviously decided to make money off of this and take down a few people along the way

And this is why we don't get out the torches, until all the facts are in. Even now, we don't know everything. I never jumped on Ritchie because the whole thing seemed not right to me, a player walking out on his team, calling his lawyer, leaking stuff to the media, while at the same time the coaches were adamant that they were not told. It didn't make sense.
But at this point, the texts that Martin send Incognito about not blaming him, DO suddenly make sense, and ring more true. Meanwhile, the stuff from Martin is looking like it's on shaky ground.
I was floored by the twitter from all the Miami players. I mean, EVERYONE is defending Incognito, and they are upset their lockeroom is being portrayed as some sort of house of horrors.
Basically, you have a player who has thought numerous times about quitting football, period, and another player who loves football and loves his team and would be here right now if he could. And it's bizarre that the guy who doesn't like football, is told he can come back, and the other guy can't.
sorry if this has been said. During the Tannehill interview I found it interesting that he said if you would have asked him 1 week ago who Martin's best friend on the team was he would have told you Cog. Now he is either really out of touch or Martin is trying for money grab since he knows he is on his last contract. (performance) He took offense to the national media saying this team lacks leadership. He feels the leadership is strong and no one knew of any ill feelings toward each other

I was not questioning your units METL or mission readiness as much as I was the sensitivity to "bullying" from a fellow brother in arms. Surely you understand that what the civilian world may recognize as bullying us leaders employ as tough love that builds character. I don't think it's a stretch to assume that the NFL which operates very loosely like a paramilitary organization, might feel the same way. We don't create mentally tough, mission ready Soldiers with cookies and milk. I've heard much worse things from DS's and 1SG's than Incognito 's drunk voice mail. Hell, i've said comparable things.
