I'm listening to Francesa on WFAN in NY and he and the people calling in are ****ing clueless. I don't know if they know what's being reported now, but if so, they're just ignoring it and running with the bully ****. I'm sure the ESPN jerk-offs are doing the same.

Ive been watching on YES network all afternoon. These callers are clueless and Im getting tired of Francesa hammering on Philbin.

Okay, that makes some sense, toward Hartline's delay.

Poor instincts by the Dolphins, though. The best way to stem something like this is to get your side out there immediately. Instead, they allowed the dialog to be one-sided for two full days. It was like a John Kerry move. Very difficult to get it back in the can.

I don't agree. If you are about to be investigated it's wise advice to think twice what you say and how you say it to the investigators.

Our staff and team has been seriously questioned these last few days.

I have to give them a round of applause, because every piece of information shows that not only has the team done everything they needed to, but the staff has also.

A lot of people have been down on this franchise during this, I got a whole new respect for it.

The dreaded drunk dial. Which lead to an ex keeping a old voice mail to give to my current girlfriend out of spite. I was just looking for a quick booty call, but she didn't see it that way.

Personally shows u the pure dysfunction in the NFL . The only good that will possibly come from this is that there will be rules so that no idiotic hazing or rituals involving others to pay for your food.

I don't agree with hazing when it comes to the NFL, but I don't want the NFL saying it can't take place. This PC culture has to stop some where.

this won't be so hard to explain away. he did it to try and fit in and laugh it off. trying desperately to fit in and hopefully stop the abuse. that a reasonable angle for the martin camp to take in court......this isn't going to be tried in the court of public opinion. most likely you will have martin suing and winning some sort of settlement. its gonna be a stain on the dolphins and the nfl

if this gets to litigation (and possibly at this point it might not even have to get to litigation) the nfl will implement rules against harassment. every corporation in america has these rules to avoid massive lawsuits
