HARVIN Going To NFL

It's probably best that Harvin comes out now. Knowing his injury history, if he came back for his senior year, somebody would've poked Harvin with their pinky finger and would've gone down with another injury. Might as well come out while his stock is reletively high.

going now is definately the smart move, financially. why worry about further injury and possibly ending a career before it starts.

I really really like Harvin. I know we have a smallish speed burner already. But, this guy is so much like Steve Smith, how do you NOT take him if he is there at 25? Ginn plus Harvin equals unstoppable. That would give us 2 count em TWO sub 4.3 WRs with good hands and playmaking ability.

But, there are other WRs that might pan out just as good if not better that can be had in later rounds and they are the more big bodied types that Parcells likes. So, most likely we will go that route and use the first rounder on a guy like Sintim LB.

As much as we need to go in another direction, if the Front Office thinks so much of him that they take him, then I'm all for it. I know the kid is explosive . . . just you rather that big body and more polished WR alongside Ginn.

But I think all this will be a moot point . . . because after Harvin puts up his sub 4.3 and shows how strong he is on the bench, he will be a top 20 pick.

Worst comes to worse, he doesn't make it past Philly at 22.

I agree with you there. That why I was hopping we could have got Desean Jackson last year. The other team D wouldn't know who to double cover. :bdh:One more thing. Thanks for telling me about this broad.:)
