Living in New Orleans, YES.

The N.O. paper, the Times Picayune, hates the Dolphins. (mostly because of the Ricky situation.)

Dolphin devil, He's pissed becaus ehe knows the Saints will never be as good as the Dolphins

Meanwhile, it seems the Texans love our castoffs. Wade, Greenwood...surely there are others.

They love to overpay them too.

Why would the hate the Dolphins because of the "Ricky situation"? They got two first-rounders for a guy who played two good seasons for the Phins and then walked out...I don't see any reason they should angry.

Because of the whole "bad blood" situation. Ricky was traded on bad terms, and then when he tore it up in 2002 with 1800 rushing yards, the N.O. media felt it was necessary to vendicate the trade by ripping Ricky and the Dolphins.


It trickled down to other positions too. Every Sunday in football season, the Times Picayune has rankings of either the teams, certain positions, coaches, etc...

One time they did cornerback rankings, and Patrick Surtain was 9th. :shakeno: Yeah, 9th. Patrick Surtain is a top 3 cornerback in the NFL.
