Has anyone read any of Saban's books? He seems really intelligent and insightful. Would love to read about the inner thinkings of our new coach. Just wondering what anyone thought of them?

I have read "How Good Do You Want To Be?", and found it to be real good. It was great to read about his philosophy of not only football, but life. I won't get all in-depth about it or anything, but I definitley recommend it. I learned a lot from it. You should definitley grab a copy.

I've read it too. I have read it twice in fact -- its awesome! Like PhinYZIR said, it focuses on football and life at the same time. You hear how Nick's humble beginnings in West Virginia brought him to the NFL, and the profound influence his Father had on him. He talked about the importance of academics in college.

He finishes each chapter with a list of things that I keep promising to type up. Its really cool. After I read that book, I knew we were going to love this guy.

Its also awesome that you get to read a forward by Bill Belichick, who sometimes admits that Nick is the better coach :D
