1 Tackle today...need much more production from our team leader.

Look at Harrison OLB for Pitts playing against New England today. 9 tackles,2 sacks,2 forced fumbles

NOW, peezy or weezy thats production
 
Yeah really.. I think when we realize that he wont get a pass rush in a game, we should actually use him as well, you know .. a LINEBACKER
 
Joey rushes the passer ALOT. He's not a run stopper like Roth, Akin, Ferguson and Crowder.

Im just very happy that our D had dominant performance today.

We needed an outing like that.

Lets keep this swag and take it right into Buffalo next week.

D dominant? Nah, not the game I was watching . . . and not in the first half. St. Louis was SHREDDING us up the middle with the run game . . . Bulger just had an awful game. The D bent all day, thank god they didn't break . . . but they were far from dominant, not really swag against a 2-10 Rams team . . . but hey I will take the win. They did play much better in the second half. @ Buffalo will be tuff next week, thank god its in the dome . . . they gotta play better on D next week if they want to be 8-5.
 
The D may have not had an A+ game, but I'd give them a B+ for stepping up when they had to and not allowing the Rams to get into the end zone. While it was an off day for Joey, I have a feeling he's going to come up HUGE in a game that's just as HUGE next week in Toronto against the Jills!

I sure hope he does, because I don't want to think that he's starting to wear down :unsure:

Wear down? the O-line for the rams is healthy...they protected well....Porter plays his heart out every week. He shoots his mouth off but he is a winner and 9 times out of 10 backs it up! Love the GUY! Its about time we got some "swagger" on this team! LETS GO PHINS!!!!!!:woot:

Yes but he hasn't been much of an impact since .. well, the first 7-8 games, but you're right, I really hope he does do great because im proud to have him as a Dolphin
 
He had an off day..it happens. We did not play an A game today on either side of the ball. But did not have to because the Rams are that bad.
 
Not sure if you all realize this, but Porter was going up against one of the greatest left tackles in the history of the game (Orlando Pace) so expecting a sack today was probably a bit overly optimistic.
 
I thought I saw him with Matt Roth at the supermarket. In the dairy section.
 
i think he basically is now quite outclassed in the race for defensive player of the year. James Harrison is having a much better season as is Demarcus Ware although now he is banged up. I see Harrison as the defensive player of the year at this point. Now you see the reason that Pitt let Porter go, because Harrison is a better all around linebacker.

Orlando Pace is the one who seen Joey Porter.....seen him coming every play.

He had an off game, I cant even believe there is a post complaining about Joey Porter.

Is there anybody on this team that isn't going to get called out in this forum at some point this year???

i'm sure that everybody on the team is going to get called out by somebody on here at some point...i know i've done it,and i'm sure i will again before this season's over...
 
Maybe now that the sack record is basically out of sight , he can shut his mouth and actually play a game.
