Has The National View Of Our Team Changed Because of Hard Knocks?

its to early for it to change and the way they played they stunk

I have never watched a single episode of Hard Knocks before this season, and I don't know if its just typical Fin bashing from the media but every radio show i listen to and a few ESPN shows I've watched alot of people seem to be saying that after 1 episode this is already the worst and most boring season of Hard Knocks yet.

I personally really enjoyed the first episode, and being from Boston of course all the sport radio guys are gonna say it sucks because its the Dolphins. So to anyone that has watched past seasons is it really worse than other seasons so far or are people just hating cause its the Dolphins?

It's a look inside an NFL team, even the most boring team is still exciting to watch. it's only been one week, I can't say if they are more boring than some of the other teams but it is a great show no matter who they feature.

I don't care what anybody thinks. I hate ESPN. All they care about is marketing. All they care about is helping the merchandisers sell product and the biggest markets do that. They don't care about sports. It's just a vehicle to sell product.

I guess its not as good as having a HC drop F-bomb after f-bomb after f-bomb and sound like a jackass. Nevertheless thanks for your opinion. Next

The Patriot Way was not strong in this one.

I know you guys will think I am bashing Miami b/c I don't like them but I am being honest. I didn't love the way Philbin came across as far as the way he communicates. he runs a crisp practice which I like but he doesn't inspire confidence when he speaks and I don't think he gets any bonus points for letting Chad go as that was the only decision to make. Now if it was wake and he released him that would be different.

As far as the perception of the Dolphins, there's only been one episode. It's hard to change in one episode. I do remember watching Cincy in '09 and thinking they had a much better team than I thought and they turned out to win the division. let's see how these next few weeks play out.

WTF???? As you point out it's only been one episode....there is no way in telling how motivating he is to players......Cutting Johnson was an excellent reference to how he is running the team......TO me he looks like a disciplined, players coach who follows through..... Don't know much abouthim yet other than that.....He has got positive reviews from writers and more importantly other coached in league circles......Little premature to make that bold of a statement

Well, truth be told, it's very tough to beat the train wreck that was Rex's Jets debut on Hard Knocks...people seem to unfortunately be entertained more by a train wreck then discipline and hard work on TV.

Agree with you here junk. Watching all of them is enjoyable if you are a big football fan period but to watch your own team adds a little more too it.

Duh. ESPN to me is like an assembly of all those douchebag frat guys or whatever, and they have their own network to douche out on sports. Very smug and irritating.

NFL Network is too ex-player-centric. It revolves a lot around people that have been in the league, but it's at least better than Eats Steamy Poo Network.

Is there a sports geek network?

Im not deflecting.. Lets compare apples to apples. You question our coaches methods of communication but never questioned your own coaches methods.

Comparing teams was not the OP's point. Hard Knocks was.

Don't deflect, stick to the issue.

let's go get a ****ing snack... good quality motivation to players. Does he also offer foot massages for touchdowns scored? I mean, I would definately play for the Jets, what motivation he brings!

That's the pot calling the kettle black.

Forgive my spelling. This was sent from my phone.

I always do, it's others that are so insecure they need to try to attack my team rather than stick to the issue but thanks for chiming in!

Perception of this team is going to change reguardless of whther the phins are on Hard Knocks or not. We have a brand new system.

Well comparing this team to a rah rah jets squad is going to be like night and day, I like when they start getting into the preseason games like they will tonight. Show some stuff from the game you can't see on TV. Tonight should be interesting with as far as that goes. Though, that game besides tannehill was dreadful. I like Philbin because he knows the game, doesn't need to jump and dance or yell, just a sophisticated individual who gets his point across properly. A lot of people believe rah rah and motivation is necessary from a coach, I think there is so much more and that is an overrated factor.
