Henry talks Pats
University of Arizona running back Chris Henry touched on his Wednesday pre-draft visit with the New England Patriots on yardbarker.com.

Henry wrote: "There is definitely a buzz in New England. The people and fans are just really proud and passionate about their team. I'm sure every city has passionate fans, but with all the Super Bowls in the last five or six years, there is just an added sense of pride in New England. That visit was a little more personal."

Bush visit
The Patriots are hosting Louisville RB Michael Bush on a pre-draft visit today at Gillette Stadium.

The Patriots' scheduled visit with Bush was reported here a few weeks ago, and we're revisiting it to update Bush's recovery from a broken leg suffered in the 2006 season opener. Bush had a titanium rod inserted into the leg after the break, and had a second surgery earlier this year so a larger rod could be inserted.

STRENGTH OF SCHEDULE: The Patriots have the third-most difficult schedule in 2007, although strength of schedule can be a tricky stat at this point of the year. In 2004, for example, the Patriots entered the year with the seventh most difficult schedule. But as it turned out, at the end of that season, the Patriots' strength of schedule was 17th. It was a good example of how things change considerably from year to year.

New England. The people and fans are just really proud and passionate about their team. I'm sure every city has passionate fans, but with all the Super Bowls in the last five or six years, there is just an added sense of pride in New England. That visit was a little more personal."

I wonder whay that is.....Oh right Because they're mostly bandwagoning fans.

Only as much as Dolphin & Steeler fans. Know your history before you get off your high horse. Neither had a passionate fan base before they won it all.

But then again, be more concerned about fan bases, I'll be watching the actual game on the field. You should watch some time instead of being concerned with who became a fan when. It's cool game. :wink:
