Have they started the stadium upgrades?

I live in Los Angeles and wanted to know if they have started the upgrades at the stadium. If not, does anyone know when?

yes, they started in June. Just some small stuff before the season started. they will continue when the season is over. expect to be completed before the 2016 season.
