It's on the offical Dolphins-Web:

Are they ashamed? Or could it get even worse than 3rd-rounders? Or maybe better?

Are you sure, that this is the reason?

PFT told us on on March 13, 2012, 3:59 PM already via Glazer, that this should be 2x 3rd-rounders.
This 'News' from the Offical Dolphins-Page is from Mar 13 2012 10:59 PM.

And: Shouldn't be the Dolphins the first, who know the exact price?

I read somewhere that the Dolphins never disclose the draft picks they use or acquire in trades. Can't remember where i read it, but it sounds about right....

Dolphins never announce what picks they get or give up in trades. Hell, they still haven't said what they gave up for Reggie Bush. That information came from the Saints.
