If this has been posted. Flores is forced to answer if Tua is the starter for all of 2021. He studders and fumbles, re-asks then question the fumbles more.

If this is old news please delete. For me it's the first time seeing it.

Florio gets far too much run way on FH - I mean who takes him seriously outside if Chris Simms

Flo of the forked tongue who cares

Outside of Schefter, Florio is probably one of the most connected reporter in the business. And his insight is very good, especially the legal stuff.

He is a straight out prick. He is not a good reporter no *ucking way none them are their all blowhards. He spreads lies like he is *ucking his mistress and his wife knows about it capisci. I hate that guy that's why I got out the Media business it is nothing but propaganda and lies.

Be careful with drinking too much Florio Koolaid. Been following him for years and most people who do learn pretty quickly that he has a lot of biases and "opinion" baked into his reporting.....especially in the AFC East.

All you need to know about Mike Florio is that he was a lawyer who got his notoriety based on his "arrest meter" when he first started PFT. It was 100% a regurgitated info website, where all he did was provide links to actual newspaper and website stories. Somehow he got his little fingers into a law segment with Peter King and he has been around ever since.

To know his journalistic integrity all you have to do is look at the stat line and description he provided during the segment. You'll notice something that doesn't quite tell the whole story?

I haven't seen it either. To Florio, it's Tua for ticks ( ✅ ), or should I say clicks. Too many in the media start with their preferred narrative (especially if it's money-generating) and then look for resources to confirm it. 😒

I don't think you are off-base in your observation. I see a coach that is being very calculated in what he was saying. When asked about Tua being his QB for the rest of the year he was searching for the words and said there are many factors. He didn't really say anything then one of the reporters shouted out baring injury. That is when when he said yes, baring injury. He did not come out and make the statement in this presser that Tua would be the QB for the remainder of the year baring injury. At least he didn't do it in a definitive way.

Personally I hope Tua is the starter for the rest of the year and he proves himself, but I didn't come away from this feeling that he has anymore confidence in Tua than he did before. I don't believe Tua is his guy, and I still think Watson is a Dolphin come Tuesday.

You can see him spinning through a BB wheel of canned responses in his head in an effort not to lie but also not say anything. No wonder players are checking out.

If you want to see a genuine coach, watch Mike Tomlin.
