This is from an article on PhinPantic. I thought it was instructional.
Pete Carmichael, Jr. was born on October 6, 1971 in Framingham, Mass. He graduated from Boston College and is the current Offensive Coordinator for the New Orleans Saints. He has primarily coached under Marty Schottenheimer and Sean Payton — two offensively minded coaches with impressive passing attacks. Carmichael has experience in five post seasons. Over three seasons as an Offensive Coordinator, he has coordinated the passing attack lead by Drew Brees. He took over play calling from Sean Payton midway thru this season when Payton suffered a sideline knee injury. Arguably, a Carmichael hire would put fans back into Sun Life Stadium anticipating an offense that passes the ball more than runs it … Owner Stephen Ross would like this possibility.

Mike McCoy was born on April 1, 1972 in San Francisco, CA. He graduated from University of Utah (played QB) and is the current Offensive Coordinator for the Denver Broncos. He has primarily coached under John Fox and Josh McDaniels having experience in four NFL post seasons. In three seasons as Offensive Coordinator, McCoy has coordinated the passing attacks lead by Kyle Orton and Tim Tebow. He does have the advantages of being a former college QB and dealing with Brandon Marshall during one of his best seasons with Kyle Orton in Denver (maybe, can anyone say, Orton to Miami). He also worked, while coaching in Carolina, with Matt Moore. However, it should be noted that McCoy learned the pro game under John Fox, who was more known for his rushing attack.

so what u sayin is we can't go wrong with none of them

Anyone but McCoy works for me. I'm done with the ground and pound offense.

What makes you think he'd run a ground and pound game? Or better yet, what type of offense would YOU run if Tebow was your QB...?

Well they were worse before Tebow got in there, so he did worse with a better qb (in terms of a passing qb)

Didn't realize McCoy has only been part of 3 winning season in his 12 year career. Not good.
