I know you we are not interviewu for HC... but what will you ask to the posibole canidates... to see id they are the right pepole.... ?

I know is a very big question, but I like to what do you think...

Well first thing first.

"what is your ultimate goal here?"
If they respond with anything other then winning a world championship then clearly they have no idea whats expected.

If their a defensive guy:
"What are your plans for fixing this offense?"
If their gonna be our head coahc they better be able to understand the other side of the ball too.

If their an offensive guy:
"What's your plan to keep this defense strong yet get younger at the same time?"

Uhh...here's a good question to ask...

Middle of the season, Your statring QB has already blown a knee and your second string QB has already proven to suck...alot...do you

a.Leave your sucky second string QB in and throw away your season?

b.Give your agile, young, strong armed 3rd string guy a shot to help turn the season around?

c.Run trick plays in hopes that your RB is better at throwing a football then your QB?

d.spend time on the sideline learning how to throw a red flag correctly while letting a moron call your offensive plays?

You have just come off a vastly improved season where you won your last six games....do you


a.Dismantle the key ingredients of the team and dump the QB that got you there as well as his backup that helped?

b.Not offer your offensive coordinater who reinvigorated your offense alot of money to stay put?

c.Make your young and chunky defensive lineman cry by screaming fatso at him?

d.Do eveything in your power to keep the core unit of players together while making improvements around them and planning for your team's future.
