Bills fans are yucking it up that we took Mullarky as our new OC! Let'em laugh, just because he didn't work as a HC does not mean a thing. A mans gotta know his limits and maybe Mike now knows his. Same could be said for Martz, under Vermiel he could consentrate solely on the O and his QB looked like the next Marino, then he became HC and got Warner darn near killed.
 
Cleveland fans still are convinced that BB is a bad HC......go figure.

Tell the Bills fans its about talent and execution...not results that define a coach.

BB took players that were capable of executing his system and things have worked out fine with NE.

MM had litte to work with in Buffalo, and they didnt have players capable of executing without error.

Miami is fortunate to have him, he is a solid OC as they come, and just may earn a second shot in the future as a HC.....and just like BB and Cleveland, he will be smart to stay away from Buffalo and find a organization that has players to execute better.

Talent plays a hand in how a team does. I mean if we have a better team, MM can come here and be more successful. If Buffalo has more talent and he stunk there, then it might be bad for us

'The funny thing is that all the Jills fans were talking so big at the beginning of the year and now they think the guy sucks...Just like fickle fans, huh ??

They said the same thing about Gregg Williams....now he's considered one of the best DC in the NFL.
 
Mularkey had NO QB while at Buffalo. Lossman will never be a productive NFL qb and that is what Mularkey had to work with.
