Head Coaches We Have Fired

This is one area where we are perfect. There is not a single head coach that we have fired that has gone on to be a successful NFL head coach afterwards. Does anyone think Flores changes that trend. I mean, we are undefeated in this regard. Now that does say something about us picking them as head coach in the first place.

This speaks more about Stephen Ross and our search committee than it does the actual candidates/coaches. We are horrible. Went from proud tradition to downright embarrassing.

The trend I'd like to see change, is for this team to actually hire a successful head coach.
